One of Sydney’s most prized harbourside holdings, Tahiti is an “exotic Hawaiian-style residence” situated within 2046 sqm of tropical gardens at a captivating vantage point above Hermit Bay. It’s owned by Krok family and was bought for $29.5 millions in 2007. That was Australia’s property selling record until the middle of 2008.
